On June 24, 2005, there were changes made to a law in the
U.S. that was created to protect children from being sexually exploited.
I'm not going to get in to details, but the biggest piece is that any
images that display sexual activity
require documentation of the age and identification of all participants.
In addition, this requirement is now being passed along to include any
website that displays these images, and failure to comply is a felony.
For some reason, the thought of being prosecuted, fined and jailed is
not appealing to me. I have removed from this site all pictures that
fall under these categories. If there is a change to the law, I'll put things back,
but in the interim, I have chosen to follow the conservative path.
